Hair Services Policy

Booking & Deposits

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the final balance of your service.

• Appointments without a deposit will not be held.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will forfeit the deposit.

• No-call/no-show appointments may result in denial of future bookings.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time. A grace period of 10 minutes is provided. After this time, your service may be shortened or rescheduled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Consultations

• For extension services, an in-person or virtual consultation is required prior to installation to ensure proper method, color match, and pricing.

Payments

• Remaining balances are due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments.

Quality Guarantee

• All Damali Hair extensions are ethically sourced and undergo quality checks. With proper care, they are designed for long-lasting wear.

All Sales Are Final

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions or custom hair orders.

• Please ensure you select the correct length, texture, and color before purchasing.

Defective Items

• If you believe you received a defective product, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and proof of purchase. Approved cases may receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within X business days (customize this).

• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Damali Fils is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are with the carrier.

• Longevity of hair extensions depends on proper care. Please follow the care instructions provided with your order. Damali Fils is not responsible for damage due to improper installation, coloring, cutting, or care.
